**Defamation and false accusation**: The practice of medicine is not an exact science. Our policy is to perform medical aesthetic procedures only after a full consultation, and counseling, explaining fully the benefits and risks, and alternatives if available, and only after a comprehensive written consent. Every procedure has the possibility of downtime, recovery time, and risks which are explicitly stated during consultation and in the consent form. These procedures are not medical necessities and are optional. No single procedure can address the aesthetic concerns of individuals 100% of the time. When you visit our office voluntarily asking for a procedure, you agree to abide by the consent that you have signed. We always ask you to reach out to us if you still have any questions, concerns or clarification about the procedure itself or aftercare. If you are not willing to agree to follow these basic requirements, you SHOULD NOT go ahead with any procedure with us. Despite that, if you go online to write a negative unfair, and defamatory opinion, we have the right to pursue legal action and by agreeing to get any service with us, you also agree to bear the legal costs and attorney fees.

Cancelations /Refunds

Refunds are not given on services rendered due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results.

Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancellation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for someone else who may have wanted that particular time.

As a courtesy to our providers and to other patients, we ask that you provide our office with a 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled before the 24-hour grace period, your $50 down deposit will be transferred to your next scheduled appointment and will be used towards your treatment price.

If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment time or a no-show, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and you will *not* be able to use the fee towards a new scheduled appointment. An additional $50 down deposit will be needed to schedule another appointment.

If you arrive at your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.
